Journal Kit

For the latest Street Team challenge I've put together a journaling kit... from things at The Container Store (I work there part time). I was pleased to find out that my favorite journaling book Journal Revolution fits perfectly inside so I can take inspiration with me as well as tools! The second photo shows the second layer with my Moleskine journal.

Next I show the small boxes inside that hold markers and small stamp pads and colored pencils, a glue stick, x-acto knife and a double stick adhesive dispenser.

The next photo shows small cups to hold embellishments. They are magnetic on the bottom and I stuck small round metal discs that have adhesive on the back so they stay in place and don't rattle all over the box. The last photo shows a clear pouch that holds some individual pages for another journal, some scrap paper, tags and clippings from magazines to add into the journal. I've made a few pages already using my kit, I'll post those on Tuesday.

What a great looking kit! I go to the Container Store all the time, but I think that even though they have so many choices, it's hard to find one that is just right. I love yours!

Oh, your stuff is so very NEAT! I am jealous, even my kit felt like chaos personified with bits of vintage paper scraps shoved in the pockets!

This is really cool Pam...I must find a container store! Normally with my traveling kit there is more that I want to take along than what I can fit, so this is a cool option for me!

Thanks for sharing!

Your kit is so nice and neat. Love all the little containers within the big one. We don't have a Container Store nearby but I have heard great things and hope to visit one one day :o)

Magnetic "thingos" - what a brilliant idea. I would not have thought of that. Thank you so much.

Congratulations Top Hat Pick lady! Your journaling is great, and I love how you have your embellishments in the little containers as part of your kit. Hope you don't mind if I borrow the idea? I wasn't quite sure what to do with mine...Anyway, awesome work!
